June 2020 Sew Sampler Monthly Quilt Box Subscription

I really love this time of the month! When it starts to near the end of the month I know it will be soon when I can walk down to the mailbox and see my quilt boxes sitting in there!

Getting mail that isn’t a bill is the best! Plus, these boxes are always a surprise since you don’t know exactly what will be in the box… So, the element of surprise added in makes it even more exciting to open the box and get your first peek!

This particular box always has a sort of sleeve covering all your goodies! It often gives a little reveal of what might be inside.

Orange…. hmm. I was thinking Fall…

Ok, so let me say it. I was worried. I don’t really care for the color orange. I just don’t. I am sorry if it is your favorite color, but it just isn’t for me.

However, I do love green! You can see though that most of the fabric in this fat quarter bundle is orange. It isn’t a bright offensive neon orange though, so I think I can make it work! I will likely add in some fall colors and do something fun in that theme. Or maybe Halloween inspired.

You can also see that there are some amazing goodies too! So, lets take a closer look.

Let’s be honest, the highlight of these monthly boxes is always the fabric! I really use these boxes as a stash builder. It also helps me get outside of my comfort zone when choosing fabrics. This bundle would never be something I would choose to quilt with, but I am going to do something fun with it!

The fabric pairs with this pattern! This wont be the way I use the fabric, but I do think the pattern is cute! What do you think?
