Today is the final day of the Pathway Home Quilt Along and I am sharing how I like to Baste, Quilt, and Bind a quilt.
My preferred method for basting a quilt is using the table method. You can watch me walk through basting a quilt on my YouTube channel.
I prefer quilting my quilts with straight lines. I have not become very proficient with free motion quilting, so straight quilting lines are my go to when I am quilting on my domestic machine.
Here is a graphic showing how I quilting my log cabin blocks.

I bind my quilts using 2.5″ strips that are sewn together then folded in half. I sew my binding strips to the back of the quilt then fold them to the front and top stitch them down.
I walk through basting, quilting, and binding this quilt in a full tutorial on my YouTube Channel.
I really hope you enjoyed sewing this quilt with me! I had so much fun!
