Quilty Mail September 2020

My Sew Sampler box for September arrived from the Fat Quarter Shop! I love opening this box and seeing the sleeve cover to try and guess what the theme might be. I had no clue this time. And I am still not sure what the theme is. What do you think?

I am going to do something a little different and show what the extras were first! I mean, the fabric is the absolute main event here so why not build some anticipation!

Who am I kidding… You can just scroll to the good stuff!

First up, some quilt clamps. I actually have four quilts ready to quilt. I am not even kidding! So, I will give these a try this week and let you know if I like them or not.

The quilt all the way on the left is actually fabric from the Precuts Quilt Shop August Box. You can check the unboxing out HERE.

And the crazy blocks in the center of that same quilt are from using the Crazy Quilt Paper I received in my August Sew Sampler from the Fat Quarter shop! You can check out that unboxing HERE.

Alright, let’s get back to the September unboxing!

This cute sewing themed tea towel came in this box.

I also received this silicone appli-fuse mat. I have never heard of them before, but It looks like it will come in handy since you can see through the center mesh area to make sure your applique is still lined up properly before pressing.

Here are the two patterns in the September box. I am pretty excited to see that it isn’t a quilt pattern! I love having smaller projects to work on sometimes! Plus, you can always use extra bags!

Alright! Lets check out the fabric this month!

Six Fat Quarters from Moda!

Beautiful fabric and such a great quality.

I love the colors and they pair well together.

I am excited to figure out how I want to use these fabrics. A Quilt? With the bag pattern that came in this box? I’m not sure yet, but they sure are beautiful fat quarters.

So, here is a look at everything in this box.

Bye for now!
